Resolution Think, LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator (RTTAC) to support the deployment of the Head Start grant program within a designated US geographical area. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of high-quality, sustained, and intensive training and technical assistance (TTA) services to Head Start recipients within the assigned region. The RTTAC will work closely with the HHS/ACF Regional Office (RO) and other stakeholders to improve the capacity of local Head Start programs to deliver services that meet or exceed federal requirements and best practices, particularly in the areas of correction of monitoring findings, school readiness, and staff training/professional development.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
Medication Preparation and Dispensing:
  • Support the Regional Office (RO) in developing short, intermediate, and long-term TTA planning that address OHS priorities and initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate regional TTA services to support high quality, responsive, and coordinated TTA services and contract deliverables, as well as timely communication and resolution of quality concerns and issues as coordinated with the COR and Regional Office.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes related to the accuracy of TTA reports and other deliverables.
  • Develop and implement a system of ongoing supervision and coaching for all TTA staff that supports professional development and performance improvement.
  • Ensure the completion of at least two formal observations of TTA personnel in each performance period to assess the quality of TTA provided and determine professional development needs.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of OHS required reports, including but not limited to, the Annual Regional PD plan, TTA plans, and grant recipient TTA plans and activity reports.
  • Develop and implement systems for a coordinated TTA team approach to provide direct TTA to grant recipients.
  • Develop and implement coordinated systems and processes to support the health and safety of children.
  • Implement data use and reporting processes that inform and improve the quality, responsiveness, and effectiveness of TTA services.
  • Participate in national, regional, state and local work groups and meetings as directed by the OHS.
  • Support emerging OHS initiatives and priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:
 
  • Education: BA or BS Degree in management, human resources, education leadership or
administration or related field from an accredited college or university. Master's preferred
  • If the highest degree was awarded more than ten years ago, the resume should be specific regarding documented continuous learning such as courses, conferences, seminar attended or relevant work experience. within the last 3‐5 years.
  • Minimum of seven years’ experience with ten years preferred, that includes:
    • at least 3 years with the provision of training and technical assistance,
    • 3 to 5 years of progressive supervisory/management experience, and staff development,
    • experience managing remote‐located staff.
  • Experience: Minimum seven (7) years’ experience
    • Expertise in budget oversight, management and project quality control.
    • Developing, implementing and managing/improving complex, multi‐faceted projects.
    • Working in close collaboration/coordination with multiple entities.
    • Using data to improve the quality and effectiveness of TTA
    • Communicating, both orally and in writing, with the ability to adapt to various
    • audiences and formats.
    • Facilitating group discussions and presenting to a range of audiences using a variety of
    • formats to include virtual.
  • Citizenship: U.S. citizenship (copy of birth certificate or naturalization papers)
  • Credentialing: Current physical and immunizations
